Before the closure of the three-day International Environmental Law Video Conference...last Friday, the Chairman of Vanuatu Environmental Law Association (VELA), Colin Leo, made an interesting suggestion based on his professional observations of relevant court systems in the Pacific, for Vanuatu to seriously consider setting up a separate Environmental Law Court to handle all matters relating to the environment.
