Lui Bell Memorial Post-Graduate Scholarship for Marine Species Conservation

Open to Pacific Island students (under 40 years old) from SPREP member countries, the Lui Bell Memorial Post-Graduate Scholarship will pay up to $20,000 (USD) per year for postgraduate study in areas related to the conservation and management of dugongs, marine turtles, and cetaceans. The scholarship covers the disciplines of marine biology, environmental science, marine science, climate change and environmental law for postgraduate qualifications.
Availability of the scholarship will be advertised in March of each year for awarding in the subsequent academic year, semester or trimester. Applications will close in May of each year and the successful applicant will be notified by August.
