UNDP Pacific Office in Fiji is inviting Expressions of Interest from qualified consulting firms/institutions/candidates to support the development of National Biodiversity Finance Plans across Vanuatu, Tuvalu, Tonga, Solomon Islands, Palau, Nauru, Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of Marshall Islands, and Kiribati.
Assignment Scope: Deliver key four foundational reports per country:
🔹Policy and Institutional Review
🔹Biodiversity Expenditure Review
🔹Financial Needs Assessment
🔹Biodiversity Finance Plan
Important Information:
Applicants may submit expression of interests for multiple countries from the list of countries, or specifically for one country. Each application will be assessed accordingly.
🗓️ Contract Duration: August 2025 – December 2027 (to be further discussed with successful applicant(s))
🌐 Location: The successful applicant is expected to be located in-country for most of the duration, and is anticipated to help recruit, build and support local capacity through the contract duration.
