This job exists to:
• Lead the development of and implementation of the Weather Ready Pacific work program related to training and capacity development.
• Lead the coordination of capacity development and training activities across the Climate Science and Information and Programme to support the wider implementation of the Pacific Islands Meteorological Strategy (PIMS).
• Provide strategic, and technical advice to SPREP Member to support their priorities in capacity development including coordination with partners in Pacific Island countries and Territories
