Tahiti, October 14, 2024. The Tama nō te tairoto association continues its efforts to mobilize the greatest number of participants for the “Connected by the reef – Te firi a'au” operation, scheduled for Saturday, January 18 and Sunday, January 19, 2025, depending on time zones.
This global citizen science initiative, coordinated from our Fenua, aims to observe and verify the synchronization of Porites rus coral spawning in more than 47 countries around the world, including the Pacific, the Indian Ocean, the Red Sea, as well as regions such as Taiwan and the southern islands of Japan.
