WWF-Pacific is seeking a qualified consultant or team of experts to lead a rapid biodiversity assessment of the Pokili Wildlife Management Area (WMA) in West New Britain, PNG.

Home to the culturally and ecologically significant Melanesian Megapode and rich coastal rainforest ecosystems, Pokili WMA is under pressure from threats such as palm oil expansion. This consultancy will play a vital role in shaping a sustainable management plan by conducting baseline biodiversity surveys, participatory mapping, and ecological assessments in close collaboration with local communities.
