The Senior Program Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the successful implementation, coordination, and management of OneReef’s initiatives in Palau and Yap. This role will drive our integrated stewardship approach—building community, ecological, and cultural resilience—by leading national program coordinators, fostering cross-sector collaboration, and ensuring all projects align with OneReef’s mission and strategic objectives.
