A celebration of the 4th Anniversary of the Palau National Marine Sanctuary (PNMS) was held at Palau International Coral Reef Center (PICRC) on Monday October 28...the PNMS Act was signed into law on October 28 2015...the PNMS protects 500,000 km2 of ocean, which is 80% of Palau's EEZ.
