SPREP wishes to call for tenders from qualified and experienced consultants who can offer their services to design, establish, and support the implementation of a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) for the Tonga Meteorological Service (TMS). The QMS should align with international standards such as ISO 9001 and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Quality Management Framework and should enhance the consistency, reliability, and user orientation of weather, climate, and ocean services delivered by TMS.
