Ridge-to-Reef Postgraduate Programme

The GEF Pacific Ridge to Reef (R2R) Programme was developed to guide the strategic investment of GEF grant and national funding in actions aimedat achieving the sustainable development of Pacific Small Island Developing States (PacSIDS) within a truly integrated environmental and naturalresource management framework. Human capacity development has been identified as being critical to the longer-term sustainable development of PacSIDS. The second component of thisproject will build on the success of the Post Graduate Certificate (PGC) training course in IWRM that ran from 2010-12 and targeted Project Managers andother stakeholders involved in the GEF Pacific IWRM Project.The Postgraduate Programme will commence in 2017 through a single intake into the Postgraduate Certificate which will conclude at the end of 2018 followed by single intake into the Postgraduate Diploma early in 2019 which will conclude at the end of 2020.For more information on the course, please contact Verenaisi Bakani [email protected] and Marc Wilson [email protected]
