The Sea Dragon aerial surveillance program by the United States which can cover thousands of kilometers an hour is expected to kick off late this year. Carlos Ojeda, Maritime Domain Awareness Senior Advisor for the Minister of Justice, Palau told reporters yesterday that the program helps the country monitor illegal activities in Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
