The Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Program (SPREP) via its Pacific Ecosystem-based Adaptation to Climate Change Project (PEBACC) handed over the reins for climate change adaptation activities in Port Vila and peri-urban Port Vila to the Government on the 28th of September 2020.
