Tucson, Arizona-based Center for Biological Diversity on Tuesday filed a notice of intent to sue the Trump administration for its alleged failure to protect critical habitat for 23 endangered species on Guam, in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau and the Federated States of Micronesia.The planned lawsuit involves 14 plants and nine animals including Guam's Mariana eight-spot butterfly.
