The first ever Vanuatu Environment Law Association (VELA) Booklet was launched at the Shefa Matantapua Council Room yesterday. It comprises ten Chapters to better manage the natural environment of the country. All representatives of Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) have welcome the presentation as a vital stepping stone towards building on the relevant current Acts covering different sectors of the natural environment listed in the Booklet, to “revisit” as and when necessary...
