Phillipines - user fee system for Northern Negros National Park

The Northern Negros Natural Park Protected Area Management Board has passed a resolution adopting the user fee system for the Northern Negros National Park and its immediate implementation. As stipulated in the National Integrated Protected Area System Act of 1992, the secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources was empowered to fix and prescribe the NIPAS fees to be collected from government agencies or any person, firm or corporation deriving benefits from the protected areas.Click on the link below to read the full story.
