Americans will pay from $10 to $58 per person to hear the Cook Islands Prime Minister speak in San Francisco tomorrow. Henry Puna is to talk about ocean conservation, and about Cook Islands graduating to OECD developed nation status. The address is to the Commonwealth Club of California, which describes itself as the United States’ oldest and largest public affairs forum. The Club presents more than 450 forums a year, on topics ranging across politics, culture, society and the economy.
