The Cook Islands National Environment Service (NES) and Marae Moana Coordination Office (MMCO) is seeking a consultant to be the Lead Reviewer of the Marae Moana Outlook Report 2020. This consultancy forms part of support being provided through the Cook Islands Ridge to Reef Project (R2R). R2R is funded by the UNDP Global Environment Facility (GEF) in partnership with the Cook Islands Government.
