This toolkit is being developed within the framework of the โMarine mammals, a way to enhance cooperation between Marine Protected Areasโ twinning. This twinning is part of the Ocean Governance project. The toolkit (which includes the factsheet, good practices and the Self-Assessment Tool) was designed to support managers, operators, policy makers and anyone interested in marine mammalsโ conservation.
