Drumbeats echoed across Ngai Taporoporo o Takitumu - Takitumu Conservation Area (TCA) on International Day for Biological Diversity as the Cook Islands launched this important forest ecosystem as an ‘Other-effective area-based Conservation Measure’ (OECM).
