Spied on, tracked, even harassed, whales are not allowed any respite. Yet, passing through our waters in search of tranquility, they must satisfy and entertain an ever-increasing and oppressive audience. The cause is the incessant quest for a souvenir photo. And if today there are regulations, the problem arises: is it sufficient?
