Overall, the consultancy will prepare, in a participatory manner, the Seventh National Report (7NR) for Samoa, under the guidance of the Ministry of Natural Resources Chief Executive Officer, as the national technical lead and through a consultation process with relevant stakeholders The work of the consultancy will be informed by the template found in Decision 16/32 Annex I as well as relevant CBD decisions.
