Calling early-career conservationists! The Conservation Leadership Programme has opened applications for the 2026 Future Conservationist Awards! Early-career conservationists in eligible countries can apply for project grants of up to USD 15,000, leadership training, and access to a global alumni network.
Projects should focus on conserving globally threatened or data-deficient species and priority habitats, addressing themes such as climate adaptation, habitat restoration, Indigenous participation, wellbeing, and environmental policy. Teams (minimum 3 members) must be early-career and primarily national to the project country.
