Introduced insects have landed on Rarotonga making it their new home in a combined effort to control an invasive tree. A consignment of African tulip tree flea beetles were released on the island over the weekend as part of a joint effort between Cook Islands Ministry of Agriculture and Manaaki Whenua Landcare Research (MWLR) in New Zealand.
