Overworked, underpaid and lonely: Conservationists find a new community online

Created by a 26-year-old Australian, a new online community called Lonely Conservationists is bringing together young and struggling conservationists. Members post about their experiences, including unpaid jobs, financial woes, mental health issues, and, of course, loneliness. The community has succeeded in creating a space for candid, sympathetic conversations about the difficulties of working in conservation.
