To conduct, an analysis of all relevant legislation, policies, plan and strategies, local, provincial, national and international, that pertains to the management of Samoaโs Ocean and specifically how it relates to marine spatial planning. For the purposes of this consultancy, Samoaโs ocean is defined as beginning at the high tide mark and extending out to Samoaโs Exclusive Economic Zone.
