SPREP wishes to call for tenders from qualified and experienced consultants who can offer their services to finalise the Samoa National Coral Reef Monitoring plan, assess the state of coral reefs and mangrove ecosystems and develop restoration plans for implementation for both mangrove and coral ecosystems in Samoa.
